Frequently asked Q's
Lifestyle Medicine Maine is here with a grass roots approach to help us achieve optimal health through sustainable changes. Together, we'll sort through the media hype and get back to the basics. Health shouldn't be so confusing. Let's get started!

How Lifestyle Medicine Maine is different...
There just isn't enough time in the clinic to give you the knowledge and support that you need to radically change your health. It's one thing to tell you what to do, but it's a totally different beast to teach you how to actually implement those changes. Knowing "the why" behind what we do will empower you to critically assess your diet and lifestyle choices so that you can make the best decisions for yourself.

Now, I'm not going to bore you with lectures, but I will challenge you to explore what you know and help you actually put that knowledge into action. Having support and guidance when you've struggled or failed in the past to do what you know that you should be doing is crucial. I'll help you to prove to yourself that you aren't a failure and teach you what is really to blame for not reaching you goal.
