Tofu Caesar Dressing

Servings 8 | Calories per serving 60

Ingredients

1 package of Soft Tofu (about 397 grams) (crumbled)

2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast

2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard

2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tablespoons Water

1 tablespoon Tamari

3 Garlic Cloves (minced)

1/8 teaspoon Salt (just a pinch)



Recipe Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust flavors if needed. If the dressing is too thick, add water, one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.

  2. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy!


Note: This dressing with firm up overnight. Add water and mix or shake after being left in the fridge.
