Each Live Weight Loss and Wellness Program Health Education Series consists of twelve (60 minute) Live Sunday Meetings beginning at 8:30am EST.

This summer session series does not include weekly lectures, instead featuring weekly group meetings structured as informal group discussions to troubleshoot consistency.
