Burmese Tofu Sauce

Title: Burmese Tofu Sauce

Servings 3 | Calories per serving 50
Ingredients
1 teaspoon grape seed oil (or avocado oil)
20 grams of fresh ginger, julienned
1 bunch of green onions, but into 1-2 inch chunks (discard the white part)
3 garlic cloves, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon mirin
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Recipe Instructions
Add grapeseed oil to a hot pan. Toss in ginger, garlic, and green onion. Cook until aromatic (1-2 minutes).
Toss in the remainder of the ingredients.
Pour over Any Legume Tofu (see recipe box) for a very impressive dish. Great for entertaining! This tofu is best air-fried, before plating with this sauce.
Optional: Top with a small sprinkle of coriander +/- a tsp of sesame seeds.
Note: This pairs well with both the Burmese Tofu recipe or soy tofu.
